Where is it and how do I get there? +
We're at Via Salvator Rosa 185, Naples, 100m from Salvator Rosa metro station (Line 1). From the historic centre: 2 stops. From the airport: Alibus → Piazza Garibaldi + Metro L1, ~35 min and €6. Paid parking nearby.
How many guests does it sleep and how is it arranged? +
Up to 6 guests across 3 independent levels: ground floor with living room and fully equipped kitchen, second floor with two bedrooms, third floor suite with jacuzzi, chromotherapy shower and city views.
Why book directly instead of Airbnb or Booking.com? +
Airbnb and Booking.com add 12–20% in fees to your total. Booking directly saves you that amount, plus you get direct WhatsApp contact, more flexibility on check-in/out and fairer cancellation terms. Same apartment, same service, lower cost.
How does check-in work? +
Entry via smart lock with personal code: full instructions sent by email and WhatsApp before arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 9:30 AM — flexible on request. The owner is reachable via WhatsApp 24/7.
Are children welcome? Do children under 3 pay? +
Children 0–3 are free and don't count toward the guest number. From age 4 they count as adults. Travel cot available on request.
Is the kitchen fully equipped? +
Yes: fridge, oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, cookware and full crockery. Supermarket 2 minutes away. No breakfast included, but the neighbourhood bars — with their outstanding cornetti and coffee — are an experience in themselves.
Are pets allowed? +
Yes, small and medium-sized pets with a supplement of €15/day. Must be communicated at booking. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Between 30 and 7 days: 50% refund. Last 7 days: no refund. Documented force majeure considered case by case.
